Charles Foster Named to Chair Greater Houston Partnership’s Immigration Task Force

HOUSTON – Feb. 5, 2015 – Charles Foster, founder and chairman of Foster LLP, has been appointed chair of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Immigration Task Force.
