Cathy Liu is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Houston office. She works primarily in employment-based immigration, with a focus on nonimmigrant visas.
Cathy graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining the firm, Cathy worked as an attorney at another Houston-based immigration law firm.
Cathy is admitted to the State Bars of New York and New Mexico and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Asian American Bar Association of Houston (AABA). Cathy is fluent in English and proficient in speaking Mandarin.
Why Did You Decide To Become An Immigration Attorney?
As a first generation American, I value the hard work and contribution of immigrants to the United States and recognize the struggles many encounter with the complex immigration process. As an immigration attorney, I hope to aid in this process for our clients – Cathy Liu
