Cristina Silva is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Austin office. Her practice is focused primarily on family-based immigration.
Cristina received her J.D. from Texas A&M University and her undergraduate degree from St. Edward’s University.
Prior to joining the firm, Cristina worked at a Dallas-based immigration law firm practicing family-based immigration law including removal defense. Cristina also interned at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office – Criminal District Court No. 5.
Cristina is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), State Bar of Texas, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
