Gabriel B. Griesbaum is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Austin office. He has experience primarily in employment-based immigration, including PERM labor certification and EB1-A alien of extraordinary ability.
A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law with an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Gabe has worked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and for the Travis County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabe lived in China for about five years, where he met his wife and learned Mandarin Chinese. He then worked as a business immigration attorney where he primarily handled EB1-A, National Interest Waivers (NIW), PERM labor certification, Consular Processing, I-485 application to register permanent residence or adjustment of status among others.
Gabe is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Why Did You Decide To Become An Immigration Attorney?
My first immigration case was for my wife, an I-130 through Consular Processing. This experience sparked a passion for the practice and I have worked as an immigration attorney ever since.
