Jeff Thomas is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Austin office. His practice focuses primarily on business immigration law for large corporations, small businesses, startups, and foreign investors.
Jeff graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. While a law student, Jeff interned with the Advocates for Human Rights on asylum matters. He also completed clerkships with the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Organization of American States.
Jeff is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Minnesota State Bar.
Why Did You Decide To Become An Immigration Attorney?
After internships with asylum advocates and immigration court judges, I decided to use my legal training to benefit immigrants seeking a better life in the United States. – Jeff Thomas
