Kymberly Baranzyk is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Houston office. Her practice is primarily focused on business and employment, removal defense, family-based law, naturalization, waivers, and humanitarian relief.
A graduate of Southern Methodist Univeristy (SMU) Dedman School of Law with an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, Kymberly served as a student attorney and as chief counsel in the SMU Criminal Justice Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm and receiving her law degree, Kymberly worked as a law clerk with organizations such as the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. Kymberly also had over three years of practicing criminal and removal defense before the Dallas state and immigration courts.
Kymberly is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, Immigration and Nationality Law Section, American Immigration Law Association (AILA), and the Houston Association of Young Lawyers.
