Olivia Kim is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Austin office. She works primarily on employment-based immigration law.
Olivia graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law with an undergraduate degree from Yonsei University. Prior to joining the firm, Olivia worked as an assistant director at The University of Texas at Austin’s International Student and Scholar Services.
In law school, Olivia served as a law clerk for the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at St. Mary’s University School of Law and later the Texas Civil Rights Project.
She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
