HOUSTON – March 1, 2018 – Charles Foster, founder and chairman of immigration law firm, Foster LLP, will today be named vice dean of the Consular Corps of Houston. Mr. Foster will officially receive the honor and be appointed vice dean by the Consular Corps of Houston’s executive committee at the Consular Corps’ meeting on March 1, 2018.

Mr. Foster is a recipient of innumerable awards and is an esteemed business and community leader in the Houston area. He has been at the forefront of immigration policy issues for more than 40 years and is recognized as a national expert in U.S. immigration law.
