H-1B Premium Processing Returns for Medical Doctors under Conrad 30 Waiver Program

On Friday, June 23rd, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) announced the return of premium processing for H-1B petitions filed on behalf of medical doctors under the Conrad 30 and Interested Government Agency Waiver programs. Beginning Monday, June 26th, CIS will accept “upgrades” to premium processing or concurrently filed requests for premium processing for this narrow class of H-1B cases.
The CIS will reject requests for premium processing for other types of H-1B petitions until the CIS announces the return of premium processing for those additional types of cases as workloads permit.
