Biography
Ashley Chica is an attorney in the Houston office at Foster LLP. She works primarily on family and employment-based immigration, as well as litigation matters including removal defense.
She graduated from South Texas College of Law and graduated with undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Economics and a minor in Business. Ashley served as a student attorney at the South Texas College of Law Immigration, Family Law, and Probate Legal Clinics and volunteered with several non-profit organizations like Baker Ripley and Catholic Charities.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley worked at a private immigration firm where she represented individuals in deportation proceedings and at United States and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Ashley is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Hispanic Bar Association of Houston (HisBA), and the Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA).
