Request A Consultation with Our Global Immigration Lawyers

There is a wealth of information available on the internet and through other resources on a wide variety of immigration topics. The information may be useful, but it can also be very confusing if you are trying to decipher it on your own. As U.S. immigration laws and procedures are complex and ever changing, consulting with an experienced immigration lawyer can prevent missteps and misconceptions. If you have questions about your green card application, U.S. citizenship requirements, visa processing times, or determining your eligibility for immigration benefits, our immigration law firm is here for you. With experience assisting individuals, employers, and investors with a wide range of global immigration issues, we encourage anyone with questions to schedule a consultation with one of our dedicated immigration lawyers.

During your legal consultation, you will be able to discuss your specific immigration matter with one of our attorneys. The consultation includes a review of all relevant documents, evaluation of the specific facts and circumstances of your case, a discussion of any legal options that may be available, and recommended action. While our principal offices are located in Houston and Austin, TX, our legal consultations can be performed remotely via phone or email to ensure you have access to the resources and support you need. Learn more about our consultation services by reading below.

In-Person Consultation:

We offer consultations by phone and video technology, including Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.

Please call Foster offices at (713) 229-8733 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation. You will be asked to provide general information regarding the type of immigration matter to be discussed.

Telephonic Consultation:

Since immigration law is a federal practice, Foster handles cases for individuals and companies located throughout the U.S. and abroad. If an in-person consultation is not practical, a telephonic consultation can be arranged by calling our office at (713) 229-8733 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation.

Email Consultation:

Persons residing both in the U.S and abroad can also obtain information and advice regarding U.S. immigration by setting up an email consultation with a Foster attorney. This is often the most convenient means of communicating, especially across different time zones. To schedule an appointment, please contact and provide a brief description of the immigration matter you wish to discuss.

If you retain our firm for your case within 10 days of the consultation date, the consultation fee may be credited toward your retainer payment. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card. A consultation with one of our attorneys does not establish an attorney/client relationship beyond the consultation appointment period.
