We offer consultations by phone and video technology, including Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.

Telephonic Consultation:

Since immigration law is a federal practice, Foster handles cases for individuals and companies located throughout the U.S. and abroad. If an in-person consultation is not practical, a telephonic consultation can be arranged by filling out the form below or calling our office at (713) 229-8733 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation.

Video Conference Consultation:

Persons residing both in the U.S and abroad can also obtain information and advice regarding U.S. immigration by setting up video conference consultation with a Foster attorney. This is often the most convenient means of communicating when an in-person consultation is not convenient or practical. To schedule an appointment, please fill out the form below or contact econsult@fosterglobal.com and provide a brief description of the immigration matter you wish to discuss.

If you retain our firm for your case within 10 days of the consultation date, the consultation fee may be credited toward your retainer payment. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card. A consultation with one of our attorneys does not establish an attorney/client relationship beyond the consultation appointment period.
