Biography
AB Hart is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Houston office. AB works primarily in employment-based immigration, with a concentration in EB-5 visas.
AB graduated cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from University of Houston-Downtown. She was placed on the dean’s list and received the CALI Award in Environmental Law and Professional Responsibility. While in school, AB worked as a law clerk helping immigrants through the consular process and waivers of inadmissibility.
Prior to joining the firm, AB was an attorney at a family-based immigration firm where she represented individuals in immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and in complex removal proceedings.
AB is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
