Biography

Ji Seon Seo is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Dallas office. Her practice focuses primarily on employment-based immigration, working closely with multinational corporate clients and individuals on a wide array of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters and helping them navigate the challenging immigration landscape. 

Ji earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business.

During law school, Ji served as a student attorney in the UHLC’s Immigration Clinic where she provided legal support and advocacy to non-citizen victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and crime. She participated in the Fordham Summer Institute of International Law and worked as a law clerk at one of the leading full-service law firms in Korea. She also previously interned with the Strategic Policy and Planning Office of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office of the Republic of Korea.

Prior to joining the firm, Ji worked at a foreign diplomatic mission in public diplomacy, policy, political, cultural and economic affairs.  

Ji is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
