Biography
Melissa Cantu is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Houston Office. Melissa works primarily in family-based immigration matters.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law center, with a master’s degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Melissa served as a student attorney in the University of Houston’s Law Center Immigration Clinic, and was an active member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Prior to joining the firm and receiving her law degree, Melissa worked as a clerk in both a private immigration firm and non-profit organization, where she gained experience working on both family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
Melissa is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the Texas State Bar Hispanic Issues Section. Melissa is fluent in English and Spanish.
