Biography
Philip Eichorn is a Senior Attorney at Foster LLP who advises multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging businesses on employment-based immigration matters. His practice encompasses PERM labor certifications, employment-based immigrant petitions, nonimmigrant visas, and adjustment of status applications.
Philip works closely with executives, in-house counsel, and human resources professionals to develop strategic immigration programs that support global workforce mobility and business growth. He has extensive experience managing large-scale immigration initiatives, corporate restructurings, workforce transitions, and high-volume immigration programs.
Prior to joining Foster LLP, Philip practiced with several immigration law firms as both a senior associate and partner. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he taught immigration law in both classroom and clinical settings.
Philip earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. He is licensed in Ohio and has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Third, Fourth, Sixth, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has been recognized by Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Texas Top Lawyers.
