Biography
Tony Kim is an attorney at Foster LLP in our Austin office. He works primarily on employment-based immigration law.
Tony graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University where he majored in both journalism and international studies. He later went on to attend University of Texas School of Law where he joined the Texas Business Law Society, Asian Law Students Association, and the American Journal of Criminal Law.
During his time in law school, he was exposed to working in various fields through his internships at the Lower Colorado River Authority, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and a small maritime law firm in Korea. Tony is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
