This webinar will help J-1 exchange visitors and foreign national residents, physicians, and researchers learn how to navigate the various immigration options available to them. We will discuss the criteria for J-1 waivers, including Texas Conrad 30 Waivers; non-immigrant visa eligibility, including the H-1B and O-1 visa categories; and permanent residence options.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn about the various J-1 waiver options available to physicians and researchers, including the Texas Conrad 30 waiver and service obligations, and when to begin the process.
- Examine the criteria for H-1B and O-1, including processing times and when the O-1 is a good option.
- Review the Permanent Residency options for clinicians and researchers, including when to start the process and government processing times.
