Benjamin Schatz Named Partner at Foster LLP

HOUSTON – January 5, 2023Foster LLP, a leading global immigration law firm, today announces that Benjamin Schatz has been named a new partner in Foster’s Houston office. Mr. Schatz primarily represents investors and multinational corporations in their immigrant and nonimmigrant processes.

A graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Mr. Schatz received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Schatz also has represented asylum-seekers and Special Immigrant Juveniles on a pro bono basis, and he previously coordinated the immigration program of a major San Antonio non-profit organization.

Prior to receiving his law degree and joining the firm, Mr. Schatz gained valuable business experience as an auditor for one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms.

Benjamin Schatz is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and State Bar of Texas.  He has been a frequent speaker on investment-related visas, including for the State of Texas Mexico Office, amongst other groups.
