Continuing Resolution may Extend EB-5 to December 22

5 Dec

The U.S. House of Representatives Appropriations Committee has introduced legislation, or a Continuing Resolution (CR), to extend current funding for the U.S. government. The short-term CR would extend government operations, as well as the EB-5 Regional Center Program, to December 22, 2017. We expect that the CR will be voted on by the middle of the week. It has also been reported that we may see another short-term CR to January 2018, however, there are less details about a second short-term extension at this time. We will keep you updated as we learn more over the next few days.
