Dorothee B. Mitchell Named Partner at Foster LLP

Mitchell has been named a partner of the firm. Mitchell has over 10 years of experience in immigration law and focuses her practice on immigration and nationality matters, including temporary work visas, labor certification, outstanding researchers, executive/manager transferees, family-based immigration and naturalization.

Mitchell represents both corporations and universities in securing immigration status and work authorization for their key employees, researchers and professors. Her clients include large and medium companies, state and private universities, as well as academics, executives, investors, and other professionals. She is a frequent speaker and author of articles on immigration topics. Additionally, Mitchell is a member of the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, as well as admitted to practice law in Germany. She is a native German speaker and secures German citizenship for her clients. Mitchell is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Mitchell will conduct her practice from Foster LLP’s Austin-based office.
