Dora has built a distinguished practice representing clients in employment-based business and investment immigration matters, with particular expertise in EB-5 regional center and investor immigration. She has consistently provided strategic counsel to businesses, investors, and individuals navigating complex U.S. immigration processes. Drawing on her extensive experience in the EB-5 industry, Dora is a frequent speaker at EB-5 conferences and industry events across the United States and Asia.
Dora previously served as a Senior Attorney in Foster LLP’s Houston office. She earned an LL.B. in International Economic Law from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, an LL.M. in Comparative Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. She is a New York-licensed attorney whose practice is dedicated to U.S. immigration law.
