U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) has announced that CIS will begin premium processing adjudications for FY-2017 H-1B cap-subject petitions on May 12th. This is an update from the previously announced date of May 16, 2016. This means that employers may expect adjudication or other CIS action by May 26, 2016, for petitions filed with a request for premium processing.
