The U.S. Department of State (DOS) published the Monthly Visa Bulletin for June 2020, which most notably showed significant forward progress for EB-1 India as well as EB-3 and Other Workers for all chargeability areas, along with minor forward progress across the remaining backlogged preference categories and chargeability areas.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) confirmed on its website that beneficiaries of employment-based immigrant petitions should use the “Final Action Dates, or “priority dates,” rather than the “Dates for Filing,” when filing adjustment of status (“green card”) applications during the month of June.

Please refer to the chart here for the specific updates reflected on June 2020 Visa Bulletin.

Beneficiaries of employment-based immigrant petitions who may become eligible to file adjustment of status applications in June should initiate the process of filing soon with their Foster immigration attorney.
