Oxana Bowman Named Partner at Foster LLP

HOUSTON – July 1, 2021 – Foster LLP, a leading global immigration law firm, today announces Oxana Bowman has been named a new partner of the firm. Ms. Bowman works primarily on nonimmigrant visa petitions and permanent residency applications, including PERM labor certifications applications and immigrant petitions for multinational manager/executive priority workers, outstanding researchers and National Interest Waivers.

A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center with a Master’s degree from North Caucasus Federal University in Russia, Ms. Bowman also worked as a research assistant for the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Bowman serves as a mentor to university students at the UHLC Upper Management Mentoring and Part-Time Partners Program. Prior to joining the firm and receiving her law degree, she worked as Legal Counsel for a local technology company.

Ms. Bowman is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Louisiana State Bar Association – Ethics Advisory Service Committee. Oxana speaks Russian fluently, is a frequent AILA publications editor and served on the national AILA Bylaws Committee.
