AUSTIN, Texas – Oct. 23, 2019 – Foster LLP, a leading global immigration law firm, today announced Todd Fowler has been named one of four new partners of the firm. Recognized by  Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration, Fowler works primarily in inbound U.S. and outbound global employment-based immigration law, as well as Form I-9 compliance and employer sanctions and family-based immigration law.

“Todd has an incredible breadth of expertise. He serves Foster clients with both U.S. and global immigration needs and has become a leader in both practice areas. He also brings both perspectives to process redesign and client service, which are vital to Foster’s mission of continuous improvement,” said partner Delisa Bressler.

Fowler graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond. He is involved with several different legal associations in the Austin area and frequently presents on U.S. and global business immigration topics, as well as immigration issues faced by U.S. colleges and universities.

Prior to joining the firm and receiving his law degree, Fowler volunteered with the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan and interned with the US Department of Homeland Security. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Austin Bar Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association and Austin Relocation Council.
