Each year, many H-1B cap registrations are not selected in the annual H-1B cap lottery. This webinar will discuss some of the non-H-1B cap U.S. options to remain in the U.S. and which may allow for continued employment. This webinar also will discuss global visa alternatives that may allow for continued employment and a possible return to the U.S. in the future.
