On March 20 2020, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced the temporary suspension of the “premium processing” adjudication service until further notice.  With premium processing, USCIS guarantees action on the petition within 15 calendar days of receipt of the request along with payment of the required $1,440 premium processing filing fee.  Effective today, this service is no longer available, though USCIS has indicated the agency will honor previously submitted requests for premium processing for cases that remain pending.
